Problem with NPCs since Winter Event Started

    Immediately after the Winter Event started today I was noticing an inordinate number of NPCs sailing around in flames. These NPCs cannot be targeted, but they pursue the players as they normally would. There are also numbers of the monsters in each zone map that, while they are not flaming, are swimming around and even pursuing players, but cannot be targeted.

    bug of ghostly npc
    i have another bug yesterday of not been able to shoot any npc at all, and the npc shoot me 1 time and then shoot no more, if i moved they kept following me but none of us could shoot each other. i could nto play so i just log out

    Thank you for the information. After server reset the NPCs should have returned to normal. Happy Sailin' :)
