Problem with new arena season

    We have to restart all servers in about 20 minutes, and after the restart the problem should be fixed.​

    We are aware that there are a lot of issues since the server restart, but we would like to assure you that they are just display issues, no items are missing, and the Team is currently working on fixing this as soon as possible. ​

    Ahoy Pirates,

    The problems are fixed but there is still one problem:

    All players who have completed the event quest between the server restarts haven´t the event bonus map.

    We can´t fix that with a server restart or something like that.

    So the only way to fix it, is to send a ticket into the Customer Care Team and someone will be happy to help. The Customer Care Team can be found by clicking Here.

    Important!

    That has to be done as soon as possible. It is only possible until tomorrow 12:00 local server time.
