Problem with loading of the game

    My internet explorer doesn't load the game. it stay on the loading wheel. I have try on various pc and in 50% the game load successfull and 50% stay on loading wheel. What can i do for solve?
    Thanks.
    p.s. I don't want use other browser to solve this problem!

    Hi,

    If the game is currently not loading for you,

    From your description you are able to load the game however not consistently. This could suggest a slow connection ( failing to load on multiple computers) or possibly a browser conflict. I will not suggest you try other browsers as you have requested me not to, however I would recommend this step so as to narrow down what the possible issue is stemming from. May I ask, do you receive advertisements during loading or do you have an active premium package? Also, which browser are you using?

    I don't have premium package in game, the only message i get is "Pirate Storm is loading..." . The browser i'm using is internet explorer. It work on 2 of my pc but don't work on 2 pc of my friend. So strange, maybe i forgot install any plugin? All pc have the last version of Adobe Flash player.

    If it works on both Pc's of your's but not on your friend's, it may be that your friend has an ad-blocker which is preventing the game from loading. I would suggest to him to try turning this filter type off if there is indeed one enabled. Also testing on other browsers will be advisable for him. By testing on another browser you will know if the issue is browser specific or a global setting of some kind.

    Maybe yes, they can have ad-block. I never install that blocks and it works on my pcs. Do you have any ideas for detect that blocks? :)

    My friend sayd he not have any ad-block.

    Has he/she tried clearing their cache and flash cache? For information on how to clear cache click Here. For information on how to clear flash cache click Here.

    Once he/she has cleared both try to log into the game after to see if their issue is resolved. :)
