The only real answer is to do what the rest of us freebie players do. Farm, quest, farm, bonus maps, farm, farm, farm, watch commercials, farm, achievement, farm, farm, farm.
Seriously. Its not fast but you eventually get there.

 

Payment options vary depending on which country you are in. The options you have available to you are not necessarily the same as the payment options available to someone in a differing country. If purchasing diamonds is not a possiblity for you I would recommend taking Fred_Filthy's kind advice and farming to aquire diamonds for the items you wish to get in-game.
