    Hi,

    With regards to players chaining; this is not a ban-able offense. However you can take steps to prevent this. Building up your ship and being in a guild where people will help you, are some of the means of doing so. You can also change zones if the player is behaving in such a manner.

    With regards to reporting a player you would need to contact the Customer Care Team. You can do so by clicking Here. Remember to include your User Id and any evidence you may have.
