  1. Hi Board Admin ,

    Please pass this onto support as they have closed my ticket without listening to a word i had to say.

    Ticket : 519119

    I Purchased a large amount of Virtual Currency from you first time my card declined and 2nd time went through , support closed my ticket without checking , i have confirmed with the bank that payment was made and i have received nothing , so technically the money has been stolen. please get back to me urgently on this issue

    I am very sorry for the late reply but the only people that can help you is the Customer Care Team - i would recommend you re-send a ticket and remember to include as much information as possible.

    Remember to include your UserID and the server you play in.
