PayByCash Option not available

I went to buy a diamond pack the other day & pay with my points left over from my Ultimate Game Cards, "PayByCash", only the option is no longer available. What happened? Will you be accepting it again in the future? A little notice would have been nice, I have a bunch of points that are now useless to me as this is the only game I play & I've been saving those for the summer event. Would appreciate any info you can give.

 

I would have to echo your question. I have other Big Point games that I play as well and all have had the Pay By Cash option removed. Basically the excess $ I was saving on these accounts has been taken from me and others who use this payment method. Who would we contact to get the refund of the lost $ that was taken from our accounts without services rendered or our consent?

This almost seems like theft. In common usage, theft is the taking of another person's property or money without that person's permission or consent with the intent to deprive the rightful owner of it. This is a felonious act which if under $500.00 is considered Petty theft.

i have same issue!!! i have aprox $5.22 on an ultimate game card that i used the initial payment to buy diamonds, and now i can not use the remaining balance as this is also the only game that i play... between things like this and the arenas,i am seriously considering not playing any BP games anymore, maybe start playing farmville or something else,

With this issue you will need to contact the support staff of Card company from which you purchased your card. Their support staff will be able to help you further regarding this matter.
