    BP keeps closing this thread .. I too had left over cash in my account ... it is theft.. how can they say it isn't.. and it isn't ultimate game cards responsibility as my balance wasnt sent to them.. I too want to know what is going to happen .. not just keep seeing closed threads

    We are not "just closing threads", we are kindly explaining the situation and referring players in this situation to our Customer Care Service, because payment matters cannot be discussed on the Forum and there is nothing the Forum Team can do to help you.

    Your balance wasn't sent to Bigpoint, your funds cannot be accessed, because Bigpoint has removed the Pay by Cash option - which is where UGC is sending the remaining funds after using an Ultimate Game Card. So please, contact our Customer Care Team to discuss this further, because there is nothing we can do on the Forum but to tell you the same thing you are reading in other threads, and direct you to Support, I am sorry. ​
