BigPoint has removed there Pay by Cash method from games. This has taken the remaining cash left over on accounts from its players who used this feature for future purchases.

Since these cards ie Ultimate game cards etc have been used on a specific account, per Ultimate Game Card themselves, they can not credit our accounts that were left in the pay by cash method.

I was told by Ultimate Game Card support that it is BigPoints responsibility to make this right. They agree that by deleting this feature from there game payment methods, that BP has taken the left over cash that was stored there. This can add up to thousands of Dollars that BP receives without providing any game currency or services to the players who lost it.

Now, what is Bigpoint going to do to make this right for its players? I would like an honest answer, saying to contact the game card support will not work, as I have already done this and they say its BigPoints problem to fix.

    Hello *Ð1™,

Pay by Cash has been indeed removed from Pirate Storm as well as the other Bigpoint games, but Ultimate Game Card is still available as a payment method. These decisions are taken by the producers and we are not told why, what or how is planned when it comes to payment partners. All we can do is tell you what we have been instructed to, and that is refer our players to UGC Support, to get either a refund of the remaining amount, or the option to spend it in different online shops/games.

If you have been sent back to Bigpoint after getting in touch with them, please contact our Customer Care Team and give them more details on this matter and it will be looked into, as Payment matters cannot be discussed on the Forum.

    Kind regards,
