old mail on account

    Hello,

    My account is on an email that no longer exists, I contacted support and they wont respond to my new email, I explained the situation and asked them to answer to my current email but I'm not getting anything. I need to be able to communicate with them cause of an issue I'm having. does anyone know what I can do to fix this?

    There is a process for changing the email on an account. However, You must contact Support.
