    1 what happen to talk like pirate day??? chat is not like it was( that part of what made the day so horribly fun
    But whats even worse BP took the 3k DS reward out.. WHY???? just cuz Luke got caught abusing maps, yall being BP are Punishing US!!!!!
    Why did yall take the DS rewards??? we would like an Answer to that?? please Wedgewood find us a real answer on this and Not to just send a ticket, cuz they ignore us!!!. blow smoke up our stacks!!!!!!
    the other thing is the Arena's why do they only watch them part time?? again its Blatant whats happening why do we have to send in tickets , why cant BP check it on there own?????
    all this does is cause animosity among players and then players get mad oh you sent tickets on me cry cry cry but yet if they played straight up then they wouldnt have to worry, but wait why should they get their decks and others not be able to get theirs also?? the Only way to stop this is.. Either reduce points needed in US1 server ONLY!!!! or be consistent in your monitoring which Never happens!!!
    Does BP even care about the issues we have in this server or are they just miling this as long as they can????
    We get Shuffled from one place to the next and never get passed the 2 who are the 1s that decide if ANY Tickets get put through to right people.. I cant tell you how many times it felt like they didnt want ANYTHING to do with us or any Issues in the Game

    BP dosent care, they also promised two new arenas which didn't happen, go play another game.

    We should not have to police arena period. That is Big Point's job and what paying players pay them to do. This send in a support ticket to Customer Service auto response is BS and even Wedge knows it. The players are speaking with their wallets and their activity this game is dead and Big Point customer service and admins killed it. Make the switch full time to the other game Brutality and bring the rest of your guild, at least they update that game and it is not totally p2w.

    Hi,

    I'm afraid only the developers know why some aspects of this event were changed and others not. To the best of my knowledge the arena seasons are monitored. Regarding arena pushing we on the forums are required to refer players to the Customer Care Team. By doing so logs are made and cases can then be investigated. We on the forums do not have the ability to investigate such matters.

    Similar suggestions have been made in the past regarding a reduced number of points for the US server arena system and can certainly be made again.
