NO POINTS WHEN WE PLUNDERED??

    How is it that when we plundered a guild with 10k points we didnt recieve any points for plundering them?? if somebody could awnser this i would it would be appreciated because there is obviously something about the game i dont understand as we had 72% plundering strength and recieved nothing...how can this be??

    Thanks for the advice.... i contacted customer care and are still awaiting a reply...some sort of customer care that is...lol
    I am somebody trying to run a guild on your server and trying to get somewhere in the game... and also i am not the only 1 in my guild who spends real money on this game...if this is the kind of support you get then i think it is a complete joke.

    Did you receive an initial auto reply to your email address? I ask as this is one way to know your ticket has successfully gone through. If you have not received any response to your registered email address then something went wrong and you would need to send in another ticket.
