no coin in BG, missing pay by cash balance

    this is really making me mad. being told I am not participating .. and support doesn't answer my emails .. compounded with my pay by cash balance being taken .. I am not spending any more money on this game until I get some satisfaction . this is getting ridiculous.

    take screen shots of the screen at end of the battlefield 1- to prove u were in the match, 2- this way u can send into support as proof of playing sad matches. hope this helps
