    Hey, I just want to clarify something my goal with my previous thread was to start a discussion with the community. I wanted some clear answers to my questions, which I still haven’t received.
    Here’s what I was asking:
    • Will I be able to buy the item if I stay banned?
    • What are the chances of me getting unbanned?
    • What are the odds of actually getting a reply from support?
    • Why do you guys think I got banned?
    • And what’s going on with the Bloodmoon event?

    Hi,
    -No , you will not.
    -if you are lucky they may downgrade it to week or 2 weeks.
    -they usually answer tickets by the turn .. last weeks were busy so they will be late.
    -because of the black screen problem. support is trying to keep the game clean without cheat. In normal cases you were not able to get moon parts for those prices.
    -Someone is using a game glitch to make the server freezes when there is any auction so the players who pay to him get the auctions for low price.
