    when i click on collect bonus button I get... webpage unavailable message; last 1 was same problem, but i opened several days after it was sent so i thought perhaps it was expired.

    Hi,

    With your issue patient_0 have you tried using another web browser? Your web browser settings may be preventing you from accessing the website via the method required. Additionally it might be worth checking your anti virus settings if changing browser does not work.

  4. Hi Wedgewood,
    I've contacted them twice about this and they do not seem to have any idea what to do about it. I've done everything they suggested multiple times. I am not the only person having this problem and for some reason they are not able to directly fix the problem. I joined in April 2013 and have never received a newsletter. I have my original emails from joining so I know BP had my correct address from the beginning and have redone my info multiple times.

    I'm sorry that you are having difficulties with receiving the Newsletter Fred_FIlthy. Aside from my suggesting contacting Support unfortunately there is nothing I can do myself to assist you. I hope you are able to find a solution however.
