Gypsy's Curse Rocket:
-Base damage: 100-200
-Effect: target's firing rate -30%
-time of effect (00:00:30)
-cool down time (00:02:00)

 

I also got new rockets ideas:

Mirroring Rocket (rare item)
-Base damage: 500-1000
-Effect: Whenevery the taget uses healing, heal own ship 20-50 % of that.
-Time of effect: (00:00:20)
-cool down time: (00:05:00)

Smoke Rocket (common):
-Base damage: 100-500 damage on self
-Effect: become invisible
-Time of effect: (00:00:05)
-cool down time: (00:01:00)

The Spine Breaker (legendary rocket)
-Base damage: 2000-2500 damage
-Primary effect: The taget cant use items
-Time of primary effect: (00:00:10)
-Secondary effect: If the taget dies with the primary effect still active, the taget loses 15 % of overall health
-Time of secondary effect: (00:15:00)
-cool down time: (00:10:00)

Lore (The Spine Breaker):
As I walk down the cold alleys of Kubertu, only moonlight is shining down like the gems of sunken treasures and the bright fires of the Kubertu tavern. I enter the tavern and are greeted with lust, light, tales of treasures and drunken pirates, but in the corner two eyes appears. Cold as the sea, no joy, no laughter, nothing - As I come closer, I see a little old man, not moving a finger.
