    Does the new moon raffle still happen? On the login page it still has the countdown to new moon, and the new moon button where you can still register for the raffle, but does it actually still take place?

    The New Moon Raffle where a player could cash in Doubloons for a chance to win diamonds no longer takes place. However, on some accounts, depending on the location, the Doubloon Quests are available.
