New Guild System

    I was not aware early in the game , I think it is not fair
    the current guild system I think needs to be changed.

    in 1.5 years, I observed in servers, the founder of guild or
    admiral (usually the same person), the ego increasing with the strengthening of the guild
    and starting to have problems with many players in guild.

    At the opposite case, players ,working to increase the level of guild, helping others
    wants more authority or maybe wants to be admiral.
    As a result of this type of problems, hundreds of large and small guilds being established.

    I believe that changes in guild system needs to be done.
    To make the game a little more interesting, I share a few ideas.

    -Democracy :) In certain periods, the admiral and the captain selections can be made.
    Players who wants, put their candidacy, and guild members can select from them.

    - Respect to labor :) Radical change must be done in guild experience and gold system.
    If a player voluntarily leave or is removed by the management, guild experience and gold
    which made by that player, also must removed from guild. However, player must not take
    these exp and gold for another guild. In this way, management must work better to not
    loose players and in this situation guilds will be continously in activities.

    Think this article operated to the past :) , to all servers will come new excitement.

    -Respect to guild :) A new member of guild must not take advantages at beginning.
    A certain rate of the amount of the current guild exp and gold, should be expected
    to contribute to the guild.Do not look just as exp and gold,in a manner, the effect at defense and plunder also
    can be calculated. Here the player should be well defined. A rate might be according to level
    and power. İt will not suitable to expect a major contribution from a newbie. Or like guild
    level and plunder points are taken into account to produce somethings in island, players
    contribution also can be taken.

    In this way, players have to spent LABOR to have a strong GUİLD.

    For now these are coming to my mind. Waiting your ideas.

    i like this idea!, and to add just 1 more thing, give the admirals more and different ranking system within the guild, LT. Maj. and so on. So many players are more than sailors an almost ready for boatswain, and same for boatswains, som of who are ready to go to capt. but yet not ready , it would just ben nice to be able to promote in some different ways

    i agree with most all of this, except for the problem with players leaving guild, if they take there xp with them does that un-level the guild? and we absolutely needs ranks such as major, sergeant maj. , liet... and so on.

    yes, some improvements to the guild system would be nice...
    my idea is ranks/titles for skill specialty members, meaning some players are good at farming gold/xp for guild, others are great at pvp & defending/attacking islands, others are more social players n spend time in chat...could be moral/communications person.
    these specialty ranks could come with a perk of some type..which would require player to hold that rank 15+ days before it went into effect.
    maybe a specialty slot at guild island workshop for a specialty buff that would enhance their ability at that task.

    I agree with that, it is the same thing they do on battle pirates and that spot can also be leveled up to increase the rewards, maybe workshop speed slot, damage increase slot( for highest xp donating members), map speed perk, health percentage increase perk, and a higher xp % and gold % rate perk
