    Hey Buddy...I am new to the game also and would be of no help at all to you or your guild as i am still learning the ropes myself. As for what does "Cease Fire" mean... I believe(in regards to the guilds) that it is a "peace" treaty/pact between guilds to help relieve the pressure of getting mobbed by every single other guild out on the water! Basically a written/verbal agreement to not attack and prey upon each other...but not necessarily to render assistance and/or aid, either with or against any hostilities that may arise.o_O But then again...as i said earlier, i am a newbie to the game also. Either way, Good Luck and have fun!:)
