NEED ACTIVE CHAT MODS!!!

    hello, if u look at this screen shot, it shows people speaking persian in english chat in EU1 server, they all know english but choose to defy chat rules, and chat mods do nothing, if i say anything bad in chat i get hit off straight away by the mods. but they are allowing any languages. i visited turkish chat and was banned for speaking english IN A WHISPER and people speak different languages on global all the time n nothing happens.

    please try get some chat mods in EU1 english chat as it is unfair!

    Please try to remember that mods do this in our free time so there are times that a mod might not be online, but your more than welcome to post in here or send to the Customer Care Team and someone will be happy to look into it.

    also different chatboxes languages all have different rules i have also been banned for whisper in english in turkish chatbox.
