Mobile App Advertising

Why is BP advertising for the mobile app, when it is nowhere to be fund anymore? I got many things stockpiled on the mobile app from mini games, when it worked. I would like to get these things released or any information on the apps current development status.

Whilst the app seems to not be available on the google store it does appear on the apple store currently. Regarding the things you say you have on there, could you please explain a little further? Do you mean reward items from playing the mini game?

 

Yes, that is correct. I got them from the 3-in-a-row game some years back and stockpiled them on the app, as the option was available. As the time went, the app stopped working, so I have tried to reinstall it multiple times with no succes, until I saw that the app was gone in Google store.

That sounds great - I have asked support, but it's the classical answer with ''we got problems with our App and it is still active'' - if something new comes up, let me know - thank you for your time

I'm afraid the Customer Care Team would be unable to aquire stored items you may have on the app.

However as the App still does function on both Android and IOS it may be possible for you to get them if you have access to either an Apple phone or by using an android / ios emulator for your computer. An example of such a device would be a program called 'BlueStacks'. This program can be run from your PC and functions as a Mobile device enabling you to use apps on it such as the Piratestorm Companion App.

I have tried downloading BlueStacks and the PirateStorm App on it. The app does not start up. It says ''loading game'' for a while and then (like on phone) the message ''the game have stopped working'' appears.

 

I'm sorry to hear that Bluestacks does not function for you as intended. We have tested it and it does still work. It might be being prevented from functioning due to a firewall restriction or another setting.

 

It may well be the problem, I'm trying a little bit of everything then - It may work eventually. Thanks for assistance.
