missing bulkhead

    I bought the small tempest bulk head for my godfather 11 ship, for running te hurricane map 5 times, and it isn't there what can I do? I have run the map 10 times now . also I bought the figurehead .and the bulkhead isn't showing up .also I accidently bought a life on the hurricane map that I didn't need can I do anything about that??
