Minus Reload vs Plus Reload

    For the new sets you just released, the Scorpion Power set, the reload says +8% and +16%. This means that you would actually be shooting SLOWER by having these items. The Panther set on the other hand says minus some percent reload which is how it should be. Here is a screenshot: http://prntscr.com/7w6wh6
    Is this a mistake? Or do you actually shoot slower with Buthu set?

    so if we put the Scorpion Power we shot SLOWER ? REALLY ?!!!

    You are correct. You would shoot slower with greater accuracy and more cannons in comparison to the Panther Power set with which you shoot faster, without the addition cannons but with additional hp and increased critical hit damage and slight speed increase. :)
