    a notice appears on the log in page just before the lottery - it enables you to register

    Hello attention,

    ChasJohnLadbrook is correct, you may register for the New Moon Lottery on your log-in page. However, laws in some countries prohibit players from participating in the lottery. Players from the United States, for instance, are not eligible to participate in the lottery and will not see the registration offer.
