Lost arena on restart

This morning I join arena with 20 minutes until restart. The enemy didn't want to fight and I didn't finish match until restart. When I join game after restart I see that I lost the match and the enemy win! Why??

 

the win takes who have more points,,so in ur case i think u had less points from him.

Did either of you do damage to one another during the course of the arena match?

 

No, we didn't shoot each other, so 0 damage for both teams.

 

yeah i would like to know how that works also, ive had matches that have gone till restart, some with 0 damage some damage to both , so how does it work

I'm afraid I haven't been given a definitive answer as of yet. However due to the fact neither of you fired a shot (not based on damage dealt) and according to you the opponent was below you in the rankings prior to the match (match result not determined by rankings) one possibility is that your opponent entered and left the arena with a higher H.P. than yourself resulting in the system identifying you as having lower H.P. The second possibility is that it counts as a loss to both players in such a circumstance.
