    I address the most respectful manner for the second occasion , because I can see that my first Post was deletet (in the Spanhis Forum) as all complaints that accompanied players and friends ..

    I want to talk about LAG PROBLEMS . and the bad servicie of support team there ..

    B. P. and his team have 6 months developing updates that make the game becomes slower and the method of play ..
    PLAYERS PAY FOR A SERVICE , which is not giving us this properly and by that I express our discontent ...
    B. P. is not attacking problems pushing with multy acounts in arenas and the Lag and other bugs like bug lights of arena ..
    But they launch updates that make the game slower ... ! !

    when we gona get a reply ? ? And answer to our complaints ? ?

    P. D. : DONT DELETE THIS POST ..WE DEMAND ANSWERS AND SOLUTIONS ! ...

    i will join this to... i am talking for the swedich and danich players. on server EU3.
    we have the same problems.
    and we complain to the support, and in forum.

    1. pushing in arena, to get the ship. and now the have a cooldown on 48 hours, to make a new team.. what is that helping??.
    It should be 1 month. ( in 1vs1 )
    And people there already have the ship, should not cout in the ranking for the ship.

    2. and the big Lag every time you clik your ship forward in the game.

    Every server is very laggy. Here in the US1 server we have 15 second l ags and it has been like this for 3-6 months now.....BP wont fix it
     
  4. yea .. but they need fix it.. we pay for a service..


    at lest here nobody delete my post .. in the spanish forum they delete it 2 times
     
  5. First I thought it was from our country...after that I believed it was because of the server..after a while I asked other players from different countries and servers and it seems there is this problem everywhere.
    The game has developed, there are new scripts, a lot of items, the Captain`s orders...every update is affecting the game.
    I think and hope the developers will eventually find a balance between the updates and the stability of the servers (I just hope it won`t affect the game permanently because more and more players will quit the game).
    Till then all there is to do is to hope it gets better :)

    Nah Bigpoint needs to upgrade their servers but they to greedy to do so
     
  7. yes a lot of us spend hrs or cash to play at least do your player base a favor and fix your lag. I don't mind getting sunk when the game play is smooth. but lag kills sux.
     
  8. I have been complaining 2 years. That they need Better servers. My internet provider said. There was nothing wrong with my internet. They came to my home to check. They said that big points jut had mickey-mouse servers. there to cheap to take some of our money and get better ones. I have 2k in money in this game. If i did not i would after 2 years tell them to go and **** them selfs. Writing costumer service Wont do no good. All they do is tell you they will send it to some one else. 2 Years it looks like someone could read that works for big-points. Maybe there to buried up in our money to see the complaints. OPEN your Damn Eyes. We get mad say a bad word be cause you can't hear us. You not blind to that.
