  1. I did that, but it didn't resolve the problem. I reinstalled Windows 11 completely, installed all updates and drivers. I performed multiple tests, and it seems the issue lies in the game's source code, in combination with this graphics card.

I have the same problem, my video card is an RX 6750 XT and I enter the game and automatically after a few seconds the game closes by itself.
I've already updated the video card drivers and everything and nothing Windows is up to date too

    Ahoy †Ȼøℓą♦Ƶe̲̲Ʀø† & inarius,

Please make sure your computer meets the system requirements and you have loaded the correct version of theLauncher for your system. Sometimes a complete restart of the computer is necessary for applications to work correctly.

    Recommended System Configuration
Windows 8 or higher, 4 GB RAM, 2 GB of disk space, DSL/Cable

These are the system requirements for an optimal experience. The minimum requirements to run the game are lower.
    The following systems aren’t supported:
    Mac OS
    Windows XP
    Windows Vista
It may be possible to search the internet for issues with your graphics cards.

    Happy Sailing!

  4. My specs are:
    • CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X with 8 cores and 16 threads, base frequency 3.6 GHz, turbo up to 4.4 GHz, and 32MB cache.
    • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT Founders Edition with 8 GB GDDR6, 2560 shading units, 160 texture mapping units, and 64 ROPs, 256-bit bus width.
    • Memory: 2x16 GB Kingston Fury Beast DDR4 at 3600 MHz, totaling 32 GB.
    • SSD: Samsung 990 PRO 1TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4, with read speeds up to 7450 MB/s and write speeds up to 6900 MB/s.
    • Motherboard: ASUS PRIME X570-P
I can run AAA games on high to ultra-high graphics settings at 1080p, and even at 1440p with medium settings. So please, don’t take me for a fool.
I highly doubt that a former Adobe Flash Player game—essentially now comparable to a browser game—requires more power than what my system can handle.
I’ve completely reinstalled Windows 11, updated all drivers and Windows updates, and even undervolted my GPU, but nothing worked.
I also tested the game on multiple systems, and it seems the issue persists on those with Radeon graphics cards.
This seems to be a new issue that started about four days ago, right after you removed the Dragon Hunt event.

    Ahoy †Ȼøℓą♦Ƶe̲̲Ʀø†,

We have reached out to the Development Team for suggestions to your problem.

    Here is their reply:
"If they think the issue is with their GPU then there isn't much for us to do, as the issue is on their end and perhaps the latest driver."

    Happy Sailing!
