  1. I did that, but it didn't resolve the problem. I reinstalled Windows 11 completely, installed all updates and drivers. I performed multiple tests, and it seems the issue lies in the game's source code, in combination with this graphics card.

I have the same problem, my video card is an RX 6750 XT and I enter the game and automatically after a few seconds the game closes by itself.
I've already updated the video card drivers and everything and nothing Windows is up to date too

    Ahoy †Ȼøℓą♦Ƶe̲̲Ʀø† & inarius,

Please make sure your computer meets the system requirements and you have loaded the correct version of theLauncher for your system. Sometimes a complete restart of the computer is necessary for applications to work correctly.

    Recommended System Configuration
Windows 8 or higher, 4 GB RAM, 2 GB of disk space, DSL/Cable

These are the system requirements for an optimal experience. The minimum requirements to run the game are lower.
    The following systems aren’t supported:
    Mac OS
    Windows XP
    Windows Vista
It may be possible to search the internet for issues with your graphics cards.

    Happy Sailing!

  4. My specs are:
    • CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X with 8 cores and 16 threads, base frequency 3.6 GHz, turbo up to 4.4 GHz, and 32MB cache.
    • GPU: AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT Founders Edition with 8 GB GDDR6, 2560 shading units, 160 texture mapping units, and 64 ROPs, 256-bit bus width.
    • Memory: 2x16 GB Kingston Fury Beast DDR4 at 3600 MHz, totaling 32 GB.
    • SSD: Samsung 990 PRO 1TB M.2 PCIe 4.0 x4, with read speeds up to 7450 MB/s and write speeds up to 6900 MB/s.
    • Motherboard: ASUS PRIME X570-P
I can run AAA games on high to ultra-high graphics settings at 1080p, and even at 1440p with medium settings. So please, don’t take me for a fool.
I highly doubt that a former Adobe Flash Player game—essentially now comparable to a browser game—requires more power than what my system can handle.
I’ve completely reinstalled Windows 11, updated all drivers and Windows updates, and even undervolted my GPU, but nothing worked.
I also tested the game on multiple systems, and it seems the issue persists on those with Radeon graphics cards.
This seems to be a new issue that started about four days ago, right after you removed the Dragon Hunt event.

    Ahoy †Ȼøℓą♦Ƶe̲̲Ʀø†,

We have reached out to the Development Team for suggestions to your problem.

    Here is their reply:
"If they think the issue is with their GPU then there isn't much for us to do, as the issue is on their end and perhaps the latest driver."

    Happy Sailing!

I also have the minimum system requirements I installed the launcher and when I log in and press the play button, the page just refreshes and nothing happens

    Ahoy manimilani,

The issue is probably due to your graphics card. If your graphics card is causing the issue, update the graphics card or use a different graphics card.

  8. I have a Radeon RX 5700 XT, and in order to run the game, I had to uninstall the current graphics driver and install an older version. This seems to have resolved the issue, as the launcher has stopped crashing since then. I hope this suggestion helps you as well.

    Ahoy MiniPirate,

Please read the information above concerning the GPU. This may be your issue.

  13. Hello, I would like to pass some information to the forum agents to forward to the developers.
My machine is a gaming PC:
    • 32 GB of RAM
    • Ryzen 7 7800X
    • RTX 5070TI Graphics Card
The problem in question is not a poorly installed launcher or compatibility issues; the problem is with the development of the launcher itself. It does not accept the latest video card driver updates. I have had this exact same problem before, and to resolve it, I had to downgrade my video card driver.
Currently, my game works, but it is frustrating to have to downgrade your machine's video driver just to run the game.
I hope this helps resolve the issues for everyone else in doubt and that this information is passed on to the game's development team for a fix.
    Sincerely, A

  14. Hello WaterWillow,
I understand that you request system specifications when launcher issues occur, but saying that “the computer does not meet the requirements” doesn’t make sense when so many players — with completely different hardware setups — are experiencing the exact same issue.
In my case, using a VPN actually solved the problem. But now, with the new rules forbidding VPN usage, what am I supposed to do? Just stop playing? This clearly shows that the issue is not on the user’s computer, but rather something related to the launcher or the server.
The reports here make this even clearer:
    • Players with strong hardware (16 GB RAM, modern GPUs, recent CPUs) still get errors or crashes when clicking “Play.”
    • Others didn’t change anything on their PC, yet the launcher stopped working after recent game or launcher updates.
    • “Solutions” like reinstalling or changing drivers work inconsistently and shouldn’t be required for such a lightweight game.
I fully respect the forum support team — they are doing their best to reply to everyone. However, we need to acknowledge that the game’s development team hasn’t been delivering good results for many years. These recurring issues, left unfixed, are a reflection of that.
I kindly ask the team to:
    1. Investigate the launcher and identify what is causing these issues;
    2. Provide a patch or at least a temporary workaround (for example, allowing browser login again);
    3. Be more transparent about known issues instead of repeatedly blaming “the user’s PC.”
I hope this situation is taken seriously. Thank you.

    Ahoy Ł€ǾИĪÐẲŜ,

The rule against the use of a VPN is not new. This has always been the case. If you are using a VPN then it is a violation of the T&C.

The use of a VPN will not fix a Launcher issue related to GPU issues/conflicts. The Graphics Card issue appears to be tied to one particular brand of graphics cards and the updates from this Graphics Card.

    Best Regards!

  16. Hello,
Thank you for your response, but I would like to clarify a few important points:
    1. I understand that VPN use is against the Terms, and I am not requesting permission to use one. I only mentioned it because, interestingly, when a VPN was used, the launcher worked — which strongly suggests that the issue is not with my hardware, but instead with some communication or routing problem between the launcher and the server.
    2. The explanation that the issue is related to “one specific GPU brand” does not match what players are reporting. There are multiple users with NVIDIA, AMD, and Intel GPUs, all with completely different models, facing the exact same crash.
If the issue were limited to a single brand, we simply wouldn’t see such a wide variety of affected systems.
    3. Many players have also reported that they changed nothing on their PC — no GPU drivers, no updates — yet the launcher stopped working from one day to the next. This clearly indicates that something changed on the server or on the launcher, not on users’ computers.
    4. The fact that VPN temporarily fixed the problem shows that there is a routing, authentication, or launcher-server handshake issue, which has nothing to do with GPU conflicts.
I respect the effort of the forum support team, but replies like this unfortunately shift the responsibility to the user, while the problem consistently affects players with completely different and high-end hardware.
I kindly ask that the technical team thoroughly investigate the launcher and server communication, because it is clear that the issue goes far beyond “GPU problems.”
    Regards.

    Hello,

That's the second largest brand on the market, not just any brand...
