LAGGING!!

Dear Bigpoint..

I have been a player for some time and have paid a good deal of currency in support of the game ... every single day that I play, the lag on the system screws up my game, the buffs delay, the ship goes off on one, and my targeting dosent work. If this was any other computer game I had purchased or spent anything like the money I have spent on this, I would send it back as faulty as it docent work and messes up my gameplay.

I think you need to upgrade your servers and support the game better if you are going to charge for it. It is ruining my fun. that or limit the user numbers so it can handle it smoothly.

Very disappointed and frustrated..

Have you installed the latest Flash Player? Also clearing your Cache and Flash Cache can help, for information on clearing your Cache can be found by clicking Here and for Flash Cache, information can be found by clicking Here.

Also with Google Chrome, this can be made to preform better by turning off the Pepperflash (Google Chrome's version of Flash Player) in the Chrome settings and replacing with a better version of Flash Player, information on how to turn off the Pepperflash can be found by clicking Here.
