LAG, LAG, LAG!!!

At what point is BP going to fix the lag? Seriously, it is pathetic how bad the lag has become and it makes the game unplayable. I'm an IT guy with 26 years experience and I've submitted tickets in previous months with ping plotter info showing it's their server, etc. to no avail. As it is I play this game less and less and now and for sure I will not spend money on it or any other BP title if this can't be resolved in the next week or so.

So pathetic to make announcements and code changes to a game and then ignore the basic necessities of making the game actually playable.

 

Yes, lag issue is out of control. I have experienced complete freeze lag multiple times lately.

 

No technical response has been given to me and I have been complaining since the end of November.

 

Why is the US1 server the red headed step child of Pirate Storm? The lag is so bad you can not play this game without having a epileptic seizure. Yet my husband that plays US1 and EU4, can play EU4 with no problems from this very computer that I can not play US1 on. When are you going to fix this issue? Ever, if not can you please move my account or merge servers already 200 and something on the daily pvp list here compared to over a thousand in EU4. Gee no wonder people have to break tos to play arena here.. Do Game Devs even look at this stuff or is this just a complete waste of time?

 

Seems i have lag back for the last 2 days on US1 server. The game freezes and the lag is so bad as to leave the game unplayable. Its not my ISP, Computers or browsers its coming from BP servers. Well guys there are plenty of games on the web to play, with no lag and better graphics, customer service, etc. So the time it seems has come to leave this 3rd rate game.

 

Sad thing is Millenium you can play other servers and no experience this issue. I went from playing on the Euro server to try and play my account here on US1 and it is simply unplayable like you said and Capt.deadeye as well. We need a merger or allow us to move our accounts to a server that works in my opinion I am not getting what I paid for and my TOS are being violated.

 

All day its been choppy and freezing up i must admitt this was not going on till this past week, I have looked into in depth and its def BP useing less bandwith I assume Euros are taxing them or charging them for thier usage, so now we pay for it, worse it gets i figure closer to them shutting it down, does not look good if this is the case

 

My US1 account is simply unplayable, the lag is brutal. Play a Euro server and you can play the game so all this it is your computer clear your flash cache is a unfortunate talking point the moderators are forced to use. Dang shame if you ask me BP should just merge some servers and be done with it. Happy players lower overhead operating costs win win. Not to mention the new added competition and happy players equals more money spent on the game.
