    Just read the post about the new user agreement and i have a question but could not find a spot to put it.. hopefully this will suffice.. What happens if we are in North america? will we be affected?

    Hi,

    The players who will be affected are those registered to Bigpoint Sarl & Co, SCS. (Bigpoint Europe) whereas if you are in North America it is quite likely you are registered to Bigpoint Inc. (Bigpoint America). Those accounts registered to Bigpoint Inc. will not be affected.

    Even if you do have to re-accept the terms and conditions there is nothing to worry about. I cannot say whether you personally will have to re-accept the terms and conditions as I am not party to your private registration details.

    There is nothing to be concerned about. Do you have any other questions regarding this aspect of the game? :)
