    I take the liberty of writing here, hoping that someone from storm pirates or Big point can exchange with me.

    The support is really useless and you can't ask anything to it. Not being able to exchange with it, because he cuts off all discussions. I'm hoping that someone can do something about it.

    A few days ago, 2 players were banned from the game for 1 year. We don't know why they were banned, but one thing is sure is that they don't cheat so we don't understand why. They tried to exchange with the support. But as if by coincidence have it the night they were banned, their email addresses were hacked. But the support refuses to talk to them because their base email address is not the same as the hacked address. The mails from the hacked e-mail addresses are more than just weird, which proves even more that hacking has taken place.

    Already from the support side it's not right to leave people in*EDIT* the but that's not the worst thing. Later on, these players asked me to swap with the support for them. They gave me their ID and their player name to prove the veracity of their account. But the support doesn't want to trade with me because it concerns other players. Except that if they don't want to communicate, these 2 players remain banned for unknown reasons.

    On top of that, instead of exchanging with a member of the support, they send us pre-made emails, which makes you wonder if the email has been read, which we find quite disrespectful. You have to get angry to get a real answer and then he closes the ticket and sends a satisfaction questionnaire, the big joke. So in fact what we understand is that the support doesn't care and doesn't even try to help. So I wonder what it's for. It's the same thing when you send cheating reports, nothing is done.

    Many of us are pissed off and disappointed by the support. And I hope that a moderator will take the trouble to answer me and try to solve the problem for those players who have been banned unfairly.

    Forum Moderators do not have access to player accounts and cannot assist your friends. Support cannot discuss other player accounts. Your friends are going to have to contact support themselves. It sounds to me that your friends must go through the process of changing the email. I suggest your friends contact support and request a change in the email.

    As I said above, their accounts were hacked, their addresses changed. So as their original email address is not the same as the hacked one. The support refuses to exchange with them and try to understand the problem. So what are they supposed to do? Because in 1 year their accounts will still have the same hacked email address.

    I am taking the liberty of intervening because the situation is becoming very difficult. Gamblers are
    are banned because they have been hacked without knowing it. When they address the support, they don't want to answer because they say that the email address doesn't match. It's normal that the address is not the same because they have been hacked! You don't have to be a genius to understand that.

    Then we provide evidence to support denouncing players cheating, using accounts that don't belong to them and pushing in the arena with small accounts. With the support of screens proving in black and white that there is cheating in the game.

    And what do we see? While our players are banned for nothing ! We see the cheaters playing as if for nothing and continue to do what is forbidden in the game.

    Can someone please explain to me why everything is going the other way around?! Because nothing works anymore! And this is not normal.

    So if you can't do anything, at least do it upside down because it's really crazy.

    Hopefully the situation will change because it's no longer a pleasure to play.

    The players with the problem must contact support. Another player cannot act as the mediator between a player and Support.

Im in the same position of your mates, i got hacked and losed a full moonset account from my mail i sent to the support and he said contact the police and gave me a formulary (this 3 years ago) i sent and he closed the ticket, after stay waiting already 3 years i decided to recontact the support and he said u know in which mail is the account? and i told him obviously no , the police still searching and sent him proofs of the police report. Instantly he closed the ticket saying the police will give it to me back and i still waiting. Very nice support we have not like the dark orbit one who is the worst one , he solve every problem we have and via discord we speak with admins.

    Please learn from the other comunities which has BigPoint , make a discord like the Dark Orbit or the Drakensang. Dont ignore your players and let this game die

    As Eretaria wrote, players were banned for a year for whatever reason. I know these players. Eretaria, you probably know me-Vixaa. Today I was also banned for a year, I don't know for what or why.

    Forum moderators do not have access to player's accounts. All banned accounts are done through support.

I'm sorry to intrude on the topic, but I think your friends are not being honest with you ... they have access to accounts, but they don't have access to email, nobody hacks more email today, what must have happened was that the emails are old and your friends do not remember the password, or that these accounts were purchased and the email was not exchanged.
    the support does not answer any question of x account with y email for obvious reasons.
    the email problem must be solved by the owner of the email, the support doesn’t have a crystal ball of knowing who is who.
    the ban of 1 year must have been a '' suspension '' for having used the support and when filling out the part of email for reply they put a different one than the one registered.
