    On the day of the smugglers' auction I suffered a bug in the game, where I bid on 3 items from the store and I could not claim them, it was completely stuck, I was able to claim them and even got the message, but it would not let me, the fact is that I bid 40k of diamonds, and the items do not appear to me anymore, I ask for a solution for this error please since I bid 40k of diamonds and now I have neither the items nor the diamonds
