I purchased "Allrounder" starter kit, but I didn't receive anything!!!

    I need help with this issue. I already contacted the customer care two times and they don't give me my purchased starter kit pack. I just started to play the game for weak and I liked it alot I'm planning to purchase lots of things but if this is the start by taking my real money for something I didn't receive yet. Maybe error happens or I don't know exactly what it is but I'm looking for help here because this what they say in the ticket. I contacted them more than once. I still have the problem not solved yet.
    Here is some info:
    name of the item purchased: "Allrounder" starter kit.
    payment method: CashU.

    Tell me if you need more info. Although CashU service I couldn't find it in the options when I contact the customer care.
