I need help to contact to support

  1. hi, I need to contact support; I don't have the support option below when I log into my account. I've already tried multiple browsers but it doesn't show up.
    Before logging in with my user (on the portal) I have the option of support, when I send a request they always reply that I have to be connected to my account.
    When I am in-game I only have the diamond purchase support so I don't have the option to connect with them I need help.

    So let's give it another try.
    1. Open the website https://www.piratestorm.com/
    2. Enter on your account
    3. Don't push "Play" button, go down on the page where you should find the support option on the very bottom. Check this printscreen https://prnt.sc/v6kt4g
  3. I did that but in my account dont exit that opcion.

    I really don't believe that the interface of the game is different for one player than others, it means more work for the BP and the possibility that the company treats players unequally which is unimaginable. Please try to take a screenshot and upload it here so I can relate...
  5. this firt screen is before login into my account, https://prnt.sc/v7kq12 ( when i send a ticket the support send this "Please log into your account before sending your inquiry.") and this screen is when i logged into my account https://prnt.sc/v7kr9p . the icon of support?. I can´t send a ticket os support.

    Have you tried other possibilities to test if this bug applies only to you?.
    1. Use a different browser (use an ad-blocker if you can)
    2. Use a different device (try to connect to your account from a different computer or your phone)
    3. Enter on their website https://www.piratestorm.com/ and select other language (English), try to create a new account
    4. I would try to change the internet source with a secured new one, not public (this may create a violation of the rules - pushing / connecting from different internet IP - do this only if you want to, I am not responsible for possible sanctions)
    Check the list and then the bottom of the website, maybe the Support option will appear...

    I suggest stating in your ticket that you do not have access to the Support Tab. Support can easily check to see if this is true.
