I do not know what to do

    Good day.
    Sorry for my english and if this post in wrong forum.
    I play this game few years and really proud of the local friendly atmosphere.
    About a month ago I had misfortune: my ships were deleted.
    All time I played this game administrators helps players in difficult situations, of course I ask new russian administrator but he refused to help.
    Now i'm very upset and don't know where can seek help.

    Thanks that this topic was not ignored.
    Of course, before create this post on forum I already wrote to support but new russian administrator refused to help me. I heard that administrators in different servers helps to players in difficult situations like this one because they are responsible and friendly (within the rules).
    Also I know that forum users and moderators can't restore ships.
    But I don't know what can I do else.
    Maybe I'm just sharing my feelings and nothing change.
     
  4. I am on euro1 server. They are pretty good in tech support. Do not try "accounts receivable" or "accounts" in any server link, they never believe you. I did have euro1 tech support contact "accounts receivable" for me though--that might work for you.
