i can't join in eu3

    I logged in after more than 10 years and noticed that my character is missing but I don't remember which server I used to play on. Some of my old friends are on EU3, but I can't select that server. When I try, I get a white screen with an error. This happens with all European servers except for EU1. How can I fix this?
