    Over 2 months ago I complained that I couldnt enter the game and so I contacted the forums and customer care and absolutely nothing was done to help me.
    I have spent way too much money in this game and the outcome is me not being able to access my account.
    SERIOUSLY, SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. I AM JUST FURIOUS.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

    Have you tried other web browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome) and is the issue the same?

    Have you tried clearing your Cache and Flash Cache? For info on these you can click Here for clearing your Cache and for clearing your Flash Cache, info can be found by clicking Here.

    Also might be worth checking that you have the latest version of Flash Player.

    Anytime I log onto my account and click play the payment window appears instead of the game. This has been happening for over 2 months now

    This sometimes happens to me too. I just grab the monitor by the cord and fling it wall to wall. It doesn't fix the issue but it certainly makes me feel better. I am sorry I can't offer any other advice.

    Non- of my business really, but you could check which type of flash player you comp is using, as that messed up my setting and could not play game. Fluffy had a link somewhere for that, could be worth a try. If it does work remember dont sink the monkey hehe.
