How to delete flash player cache

How to clear flash player cache on IE 9 , Firefox, All Mac Browsers

1. Right click on the sea page
2. Now you will see a pop-up that looks like this
   
3. click on the global settings
4. now you should have a pop-up that looks like this
   
5. click on delete all
6. Now you will see a poop-up that looks like this
   
7. Click on delete data

Now your flash cache has been cleared

These instructions work for all Mac browsers as you will be clearing flash cache though your system preferences pane on your Mac. The steps and buttons are identical.
