Here is Bigpoint's strategy

    First of all, my English is not the best



    A new strategy from Bigpoint is apparently to favor their "favorite players".
    After the whole debacle with the nice player who is responsible for the black screens,
    Bigpoint makes things easy for itself and decides in advance who is allowed to take
    part in the smuggler's bay and who is not. I have several accounts on many servers,
    all of which I play myself. My oldest and most developed account is now on DE1.
    All that's missing is the blood moon set. But I'm not allowed to have that on this account,
    at least not according to Bigpoint. Because I logged in with my other accounts and I can
    play and bid there today. It just doesn't work with my "big one".

    PS and no, I'm not writing to support because they only respond after 14 days, if at all.

    Thanks, WaterWillow, but here's the addition: This morning around 5:30 a.m. I was able to log in normally. I didn't have a black screen and could play. I just wanted to go to the harbor when my ship stopped moving. Since then, I've only had a black screen. All the "clear cache" and "F5" stuff didn't help. Only after I logged in with my phone's hotspot could I at least log in and see the game. I still couldn't play or bid because I couldn't see the auction hall or Smugglers' Cove. So you see: I didn't even get to bid.

    Ahoy -**RA**-,

    With the exception of EU1, all Servers are operational at this time. If you are having a connection issue, log out of all accounts. Then, clear your Launcher Cache. If you are trying to connect to the game and using a VPN or masking your IP Address in some way, that may be the issue. It is possible that an IP Address ban, if using a VPN, has been instituted for the fake IP Address.

    The auction is still active at this time on the DE1 Server.

    Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude. Thanks for replying. Apparently, there's no admin left in the German forum. And I'm just furious. Nevertheless, one should remain polite, so I apologize again.

    Hello WaterWillow, I've already tried all of that. I don't use a VPN and I don't mask anything else. It just doesn't work. Thanks for your answers anyway.
