    I do not know where else to put this request for administrative help but here it is:

    1. I still have not gotten a response regarding ticket #201610189700715, this is over a month old problem
    2. Today, I get -80% on Storm Day items after running Hurricane Archipelago a number of times, and I go to the merchant to buy an item, and the discount is gone????
     
  2. Hello, yes your discount will gone, if you buy any improvement from Storm Day :)

    That was the problem, I just finished the bonus map, the screen showed the -80% discount, I immediately went to the merchant to buy the item, and voila the discount was gone, all the lightning blades + diamonds I used to get to that discount. Very frustrating.

    Unfortunately, here on the forums we have no access to tickets or account information. That being said, even though we can't help you with problem 1, can you please tell me a little more about problem number 2? Such as the time you were running these maps and if you had already purchased any storm day items earlier on that day?

    No, I had not purchased any Storm Day items previously. I was just getting ready to purchase a Bora. I was running these maps and had finished at approx 2045 mountain standard time. I just want to buy the Bora at the discounted price I had earned, that is all.

    Thank you for answering my questions, Juke. I have spoke to a member of the English Customer Care Team on your behalf regarding your ticket. Unfortunately, it is not currently in their queue. So that means they either answered your ticket or you may have sent it to the wrong Language Customer Care Team. Please make sure your setting is for English before you send in another ticket. Additionally, due to the fact that you are operating by mountain standard time it is possible the event (which is based on eastern standard time) had already come to an end. However, like I stated previously, here on the forums we have no access to account information. The Customer Care Team will be able to view your game logs and check this on your behalf. You can contact them HERE.
