    My friend, I dont think it is allowed to post your ID on the forum :( - But try to contact support and ask them what you have been banned for. If they can't answer, u got a pretty good case. But, I think, most of the time they will give u the reason and then there is really nothing more to do about it, im afraid.

    With your issue you will need to contact the Turkish Customer Care Team. You can do so by clicking Here. Be sure to change the language option to Turkish prior to sending your ticket and include all relevant information in your request so as to help expedite the matter. They will be able to assist you further regarding this.
