    I would like to know how I can file a complaint regarding the game's support team. They closed a support ticket without providing any response, imposed a 100-year ban without any justification, and violated the game's own rules. I am asking the forum to direct me on how to contact a support supervisor; I have a formal complaint to lodge, supported by various pieces of evidence that demonstrate the mistreatment of players and the violation of their rights—rights that are explicitly stated on the Bigpoint website.
