guild ranking

    i have seen lots of talk on guild ranking and and islands and such, but as admirals are hard pressed to find the ones, its hard to give everyone captains or boatswains, so please give us more ranking.

    - First mate: rank below captain

    - Second mate: rank below first mate

    - scurvey: rank below second mate

    -deckhand: rank below sailor

    but to do this bp need to create more rank perks so it is worth while for players to work hard in there respective guilds to get these ranks. if bp gave admirals and capt the chance to give rewards to there dedicated players this would help. as at the moment these ranks are just a name nothing more
