gold and diamonds disappearing

    I have had over 1mil in gold and 5000 diamonds just disappear. anyone know why this occurs.

    Without there being purchases made there is no reason with for this to occur. I would recommend contacting the Customer Care Team. They will be able to review your account logs and identify what happened. Be sure to include the approximate time and day that this happened along with your account information when you contact them.
