    I would like to know if the fact u have chat moderators in your guild/aliance, allows u to type everything in global. And members from other guilds/alliances cant type anything?

    Chat moderators only give out Chat Bans to players if they break the rules of the chat system, if you wish to appeal a chat ban i will need your UserID and the server that you play in.

    NO. The give chat bans to "enemies", their friends can do/say everything... I was banned a few times, fairly, but others, do the same, and dont get ban. So my question was : their are chat rules for friends, and chat rules for others?

    I can assure you the rules are the same for everyone, including mods and admins alike so if any player feels they have been given a un-fair chat ban then they are more than welcome to appeal it.

    NO player is "protected" by us, please remember that mods/admins are not robots, we are not online 24/7 so there can be times a chat mod/admin is not online and your more than welcome to contact the Customer Care Team or post in here and someone will be happy to look into it.
