glitch during the Anniversary Event

    I was not able to finish the special ammo map due to a glitch during the wave of the killer crabs. I had one crab left but was not able to target it and it was not able to kill me either. I had to exit the map and then when I tried to reenter by selecting Ok nothing would happen. So I logged out and signed back in but now the event was over and the map was gone. Because of this glitch now I have not only wasted my special ammo but I don't get the rewards. I would like my rewards at least for this BP glitch... Please

    With your issue you will need to contact the Customer Care Team which can be done by clicking Here and someone will be happy to look into it.

    Remember to include your UserID and the server that you play in.
