Support getting rolled

Why is it that on some days it is impossible to get onto the battlefield? Waiting from 4 to 6 hours seems like a bit too much. Thanks

 

if ur on the usa server u are gonna get rolled alot more if ur low lvl its gonna be hard to get in

Thanks for assisting DocDre. Depending on the time of day and the server population it can be more difficult at some times to get into matches. Players who are signed up to battleground events are given a gear score based up their size of ship, improvements and firepower. If there are not enough participants in your range this can make it difficult to get matches.

Does whether or not a ship is premium also fit into the equation? (it certainly seems to)

 

To the best of my understanding premium does not affect a player's gear score however I will be able to 100% confirm this within a few days. It is possible that this is an influence as players with premium are granted certain benefits such as seals each day which when used would increase a players strength through their scrolls of power.

You are correct. Having premium does increase gear score by a small amount.
