Game won't load correctly!!!!

    US1 Server After the load screen finishes the screen appears solid black.. Anyone else having problems?

    No issue here , but i would give you the answer the moderators would give you anyway : )

    "My suggestion is to try a different Browser. If no luck then, clear your cookies/cache, Flash Cache and then restart your computer.

    If that does not help contact Support."

    I'm having that problem ---and yes I have cleared cache, tried a different browser, restarted computer etc. The game loads to the point of a black screen and stops (and eventually counts down to 30 and asks me if I want to reconnect). Been like that for a couple of days now. Also US1.

    Ahoy Amnesia,

    All Servers, including US1, are operational at this time. There appears to be an issue on your end.

    Along with the things mentosan suggested in the above post, try the following:
    • Run a test of your connection speed.
    • Close any programs running in the background.
    • Make sure your operating system is up-to-date.
    • Try a different computer/browser.
    • Contact your internet provider and discuss the issue with them.

    Again, all servers are operational.
