game not loading

    I can't get the game to load for over 3 weeks now. I go to load it and it freezes on the "Pirate Storm Loading" screen. What is wrong with the game.

    Please try the following standard fixes:

    Clear your cache, clear your flash cache, try loading the game in a different browser.

    If you are still experiencing difficulty loading the game after trying these fixes, you may contact the Customer Care Team by clicking HERE. Be sure to include your user ID and the browser you play on in you message.

    Is there anything else I can help you with?

    I had the same problem for 2 MONTHS. Finally did a speed test on my router and it needed replaced.
