    to all the forum administrators and moderators,
    lately ive seen many forum posts regarding game issues and errors, I have had many myself but I have resolved them.I think instead of closing that thread and refering the person to customer support you could leave the thread open for others to share their ideas on how that resolve a certain problem. this may create an opening for the person to quickly resolve the problem and get back to playing without the issue. :)

    The Pirate Talk section of the forums is the appropriate section for open discussions of all topics between players. This could include open discussion between players of how they resolved specific issues.
